Сьогодні надіслав такого листа:
Dear Sir or Madam,
We decided to write to customer Briefing Centre as its objectives and style of work look suitable for discussing the difficulties we face now after a purchase of the latest version of Creative Suite.
We are the designers working for a Ukrainian petroleum products company. We have been using Abode Creative Suite products for the last five years and were particularly happy when we found out that Creative Suite EC could support the Ukrainian language.
But now we are unpleasantly surprised that Adobe considers it unnecessary to provide a Ukrainian language support in the latest version of Creative Suite. Consequently the interests of designers working in the country with 48 million people were ignored.
The question arises about the chances of overcoming piracy in a country if the product developers are disinterested in ensuring that Adobe products support a country's language.
We would like to enquire whether Adobe plans to release an additional programme or language pack so that can be downloaded from your site.
The serial number of our Creative Suite:

Є ще і така гіпотитична ситуація: напиклад ти живеш в австралії і при посольстві видається вісник рідною мовою. Ти що мусих купувати цей продукт в Києві і ще звернути увагу чи тобі випадково не втулили версію серійник якої не канає для вінсофту, бо вієвлянам згрубша похєр, адже російська є в стандарті.
